At Sharda Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof such as photos or an unboxing video is provided.

Return requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted. This approach is common among Dropdash-based stores.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos or an unboxing video.
  3. We may offer:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund

Many dropshipping businesses use photo/video verification before approving refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
